David Cha

I am a computer science PhD student at the University of Waterloo advised by Prof. Christopher Batty. My research interests are in geometry processing, computational fabrication, and high-performance graphics.

I moved here after the second year of my PhD program in computer science at the University of Southern California advised by Prof. Oded Stein, who moved to Technion shortly before.

Previously, I completed my undergraduate degree in computer science at UWaterloo. Along the way, I was very fortunate to work under Prof. Christopher Batty and Prof. Meng Xu at UWaterloo and Prof. Mark Pauly at EPFL.
